Amazon.com Review Get a behind-the-scenes peek at Why We Want You to Be Rich in this video interview with Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki. They pair talk about their very different backgrounds, their mutual admiration for one another, and how they came up with the idea to write Why We Want You to Be Rich together.
Product Description Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki are both concerned. Their concern is that the rich are getting richer but America is getting poorer. Like the polar ice caps, the middle class is disappearing. America is becoming a two-class society. Soon you will be either rich or poor. Donald and Robert want you to be rich. The world is facing many challenges and one of them is financial. The entitlement mentality is epidemic, creating people who expect their countries, employers, or families to take care of them. Trump and Kiyosaki, both successful businessmen, are natural teachers who share a passion for education. They have joined forces to address these challenges, because they believe you cannot solve money problems with money. You can only solve money problems with financial education. Trump and Kiyosaki want to teach you to be rich. Why We Want You To Be Rich was written for you.

A big disappointment January 4, 2009 This was the most disorganized, hard to understand piece of garbage I have ever read, or shall I say attempted to read.
This book isn't about business or how to make money but an ill attempt to educate the middle class about...exactly...about nothing!!! From crazy formulations to how India is a great country to questioning about what your dad taught you, this book is a nightmare.
This book is badly edited, jumps around too much and is hard to read. I am astonished that Trump, the all mighty Trump is one of the authors! I was expecting so much from him and now I am so extremley dissapointed. Of course finance is generally a hard concept to grasp, as many of us are struggling with the topic, but it shouldn't be brain surgery or rocket science to understand.
What upsets me the most is that I wasted my time trying to decipher this stupid dead language Trump and Kiyasoki calls a book. The only thing I am happy about is that I didn't spend a penny for this book and I owe it all to you Trump! Thank you for not letting me spend a dime to contribute to your ridiculous empire.
Nice pep talk . . . but little else. December 12, 2008 I try to be positive and upbeat, but I can't help but point out that this book let me down. It isn't that the content wasn't decent, it was. Not superb, but decent. But the title leads you to believe that it's something that it's not.
This book is not about getting rich, and very little of it discusses why the authors want you to be rich, despite the title. This book is about the personal viewpoints of a couple of highly successful men who like to pontificate about life.
Okay, there's a place for your average rah, rah, rah, stay positive, get tough, and get going kind of book. But please, have the courtesy of labeling it so and you won't get so many negative reviews.
If you want a bit of insight into the thinking of Robert Kiyosaki then you'll most likely enjoy this book. He does a fair job of espousing his personal philosophy on a variety of subjects he insists helped him become a successful author and trainer.
If you want a bit of insight into the thinking of Donald Trump then you'd better read one of his other books because it's not here, at least not beyond your standard clichés and platitudes. Personally, I think he wrote this book with his eyes closed. Too bad because he could have really been a great complement to Kiyosaki.
Be that as it may, the book still has merit but buy it for what it really is and not what the marketing department hypes it to be.
I give it three stars because half the team wasn't paying attention and should be fired.
No Real Solutions, Just Talk November 7, 2008 So far this book is telling you to become rich or stay where you are and either stay poor or become poor because the world will pass you by as times get worse. My problem/question is if everyone is hurting for money who will buy your products, service or real esate if there are few jobs and less money or the dollar is worth less? Robert and Donald I guess are above needing money they are so rich.
Over all how can you stay rich once you become rich if you can not sell you product or service, or rent out you real estate? To prepare for what is coming I would read books on prepardness. Maybe by getting riich fast you will have the money to prepare but after things get bad what do you do if all you have is a broken business, a apartment complex that no one can afford to rent and worse you can collect from the squaters there or get them out and your millions in the bank can't buy food?
My advice is to do both, make as much money as you can but buy things that will ensure your survival. Both men talk about education in the business and money world. Well if both fall apart only those that know how to hunt, farm, fish and fight will survive. Ric
This book tells a good story of what may be coming and how to prepapre for it. Patriots: Surviving the Coming Collapse: A Novel of the Turbulent near Future

Not good. Kyosaki comments, Trump agrees, they praise each other and thats the pattern of the book. Junk.
Donald trump uses Robert kiyosaki September 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
basically Donald used Robert to sell his book. if you check how many books Robert has sold and how many Donald, you would know what is going on.Donald trump is a businessman but Robert kiyosaki is genius.I've read several books which was written by Donald trump and the only thing i learned is the name of his project all over the world.but look at Robert's books, its amazing.if you buy this book i recommend you read only Robert's paragraph.
