5 out of 5 stars Excelent book to give you a overall idea about how to increase your credit Score   February 24, 2008
Thi is an excellent book to have an ide on how to reach a good credit SCORE. It could be better on more alternatives on this objective, for example, if the person would like to have just 2 credit card, what should be the alternative to get a better credit Score? Despite of this problem the book is great! Very resummed, quick reading.

Philip X. Tirone exposes the tricks the banks use to keep your credit score as low as possible. Things you would never think about affect your score. The lower your credit score the more money banks make by charging you a higher interest rate, afterall the lower your score the higher risk you must certainly be, it's that simple. It works great for the banks, but it doesn't have to be that way when you know the game. The bottom line is beat the bank at thier own inside game by learning the rules to play by and save yourself a lot of money. Tirone shows you how.

This is a great book. Period. It cleared up the mystery behind my credit score and showed me how easy it is to raise it. It also gave me great tips for maintaining my credit score once it is high. The result of this for me will be a radically lowered monthly payment for my mortgage - since I'll qualify for a better loan when I re-finance.

I highly recommend this book - clear, simple, no-nonsense, and directly applicable to almost anyone's financial situation!
